Job Description:
Team players capable of achieving targets through product knowledge, client relationship and skill development. Candidates must have minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree and a professional experience of at least one year in sales. Conveyance (Car / Bike) is a must.
Responsibilities
- Developing monthly plan for fundraising (FR).
- Setting targets and ensuring accomplishment with team.
- Mapping market for resource development (FR).
- Working on sponsor’s for different activities.
- Smooth operations (implementation, feedback and success) regarding campaigns.
- Finding new donors/ markets (segments) corporate, trader, individual.
- Meeting with existing and prospective donors.
- Adherence to systems and Rules & Regulations.
- Daily planning and related system implementation for smooth sales.
- Daily meeting with sales team and managers.
