RESIDENT ENGINEER JOB IN ISLAMABAD
A renowned company requires a resident engineer for its multi storey
apartment project in Islamabad. This is Islamabad based position.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversees selection and coordination of contractors and subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
- Reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permission form relevant authorities.
- Track and control construction schedules and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated. Coordination with the Government authorities as when and where required.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor degree in civil engineering from recognized university and must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council.
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in responsible charge of large, similar type high rise construction.
- Ability to communication effectively with the field staff and project leadership on relevant quality and safety procedures.
- Must be able to use MS office, MS Project and Primavera for Presentations, time lines and reporting.
