Regional HR Relationship Manager Standard Chartered Job in Karachi
Job Description
To provide direction, guidance and expertise with regards to the companies’ HR policies including, hiring, employee loans, Performance, Rewards and Benefit programs, final settlements and payroll that aligned to the Strategic People Agenda and to achieve country business performance.
• Provide thought to the company to retain the Human Resources and obtain cost effective benefits
• Provide thought leadership on Performance, Reward & Benefit to CEO to develop the strategy that aligned to the Strategic People Agenda and business/growth plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure their engagement and sponsorship of the Company’s reward philosophy.
• Develop/customize reward programs that reflect external best practices and is tailored to the organization needs (in consultation with representatives from key stakeholders) and aligned with Group Reward philosophy.
• To deliver specialist advice at all levels within the organization about the HR Policies and procedures time to time • To research, develop design and advice action steps for implementation of plans and programs at local levels in response to a local need, and/or regulatory requirement.
2) Risk Management Compliance :
• Risk management. Monitoring of people risk, Performance of KPI and CSTs • Identify the risk within Human Resources Department and prepare mitigation plan to control • Update DOIs of the Human Resources Department • Alleging HR related policy with Group whenever required and obtain Approvals from appropriate committees as per Code of Corporate Governance
3) H.R. development / discipline:
• Embed a strong performance oriented culture • Ensure more interaction & involvement with the team for better understanding of the company’s modus operandi. • Identify various in house & external courses to develop staff talent.
KEY CUSTOMERS
• Internal Customers – other departments like Business, CRC, OR, Audit, IT and L&C. Interaction with these departments for joint initiatives and key business deliverables. • External Customers – group office / auditors for reporting / discussion/ feedback, etc.

Qualifications & Skills
• Atleast Graduate and or equivalent in Human Resources • Analytical skills
