Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Research work.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Develop product positioning in market to achieve agreed short/long term business goals
- Plan the launch of new products in line with marketing plan so as to ensure the ongoing development of effective products and services.
- Develop the strategy and manage marketing programs that drive demand for our products.
- People Development through training of new and existing team and product refreshers during quarterly meetings and transfer product knowledge in to sales channel.
- Explore new business opportunities by new and existing principals
- Customer satisfaction through addressing complaints effectively and addition of innovative products in the portfolio by knowing and assessing future market needs.
- Communicate the value proposition of the products and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of products.
- Effectively plan and manage the trials conducted for new product launches in line with guidelines from business Principals, evaluate results and develop tools to promote products.
- Assistance/Communication to other departments
