Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering Work experience: Work experience in a Power infrastructure& Telecom domain

Your typical day at work:
– Should have ability to handle heavy work load effectively and efficiently – Dealing with vendors in respect to site issues related to AC Power supplies – Ensuring implementation of plan within given deadlines in coordination with Regions – Proactive approach during target setting and motivate the team towards achieving them – PI Roadmap review, analysis, trials and recommendations  – Work proactively towards improving internal and external cooperation/coordination – Liaison with Vendor and internal stakeholders. – To supervise New feature testing for quality improvement purpose – Understand, follow existing process while taking proactive approach for their betterment

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
– Must be a self-driven person with the urge to make the locations/Power infrastructure (PI) in his ownership. – Ability to coordinate with other team members in a tactful manner, ensuring enforcement of O&M processes, procedures and policies. – Timely reporting of E2E vendors and regional issues so that timely action should be taken to avoid any unwanted outages in the Network. – Should be eager, hardworking and fervent leader – Should be able to work according to best professional practices – Should have a good knowellege/technics about teleco/non teleco Preventive Maitenance  – Should be able to climb the Tower to fixing the root cause of outdoor iusses – Should have a proactive approach towards identification & rectification of challenging area in PI and Telecom network – Aptitude towards meeting the deadlines under extreme conditions – Should be able to handle heavy work load effectively and efficiently. – Should have a positive attitude towards understanding of company policies and management demands.
