Job Description

Personal Secretary to Chief Operating Officer PHC Job in Lahore Job Responsibilities:
  • To proactively manage all aspects of the Chief Executive’s schedule to ensure maximum optimization of Chief Executive’s resources
  • Comprehensive diary management, including internal and external meetings, formal and informal engagements and keeping up to date with all new activities
  • Ensure Chief Executive is updated & prepared for all meetings with all necessary documentation and information
  • Preparing meeting requirements, taking minutes and following up on actions
  • Sending and responding to correspondence of Chief Executive
  • Briefing/drafting of documents, reports and certain presentations on behalf of the Chief Executive
  • Coordination with the Directorates/Departments of the PHC
  • Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls and timely delivery of incoming and outgoing messages
    Qualification, Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 16 years of education in in Business Administration/Management or equivalent from an HEC recognized institute
  • Preference shall be given to those who have worked with semi government or autonomous bodies in relevant field with 3 – 4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work and organize research within the timetable.
  • Well versed in use of Microsoft technologies
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Flexible and cooperative
