Personal Secretary to Chief Operating Officer PHC Job in Lahore
Job Responsibilities:
- To proactively manage all aspects of the Chief Executive’s schedule to ensure maximum optimization of Chief Executive’s resources
- Comprehensive diary management, including internal and external meetings, formal and informal engagements and keeping up to date with all new activities
- Ensure Chief Executive is updated & prepared for all meetings with all necessary documentation and information
- Preparing meeting requirements, taking minutes and following up on actions
- Sending and responding to correspondence of Chief Executive
- Briefing/drafting of documents, reports and certain presentations on behalf of the Chief Executive
- Coordination with the Directorates/Departments of the PHC
- Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls and timely delivery of incoming and outgoing messages
- Minimum 16 years of education in in Business Administration/Management or equivalent from an HEC recognized institute
- Preference shall be given to those who have worked with semi government or autonomous bodies in relevant field with 3 – 4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to organize and prioritize own work and organize research within the timetable.
- Well versed in use of Microsoft technologies
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Flexible and cooperative
