Ovex Tech Team Lead Job in Lahore
Duties and Responsibilities:- To make sure that team remains motivated and the projects KPI’s are met consistently.
- Resolve agent and customer issues.
- Participate in new-hire interviews.
- Conduct performance reviews and team meetings.
- Help to handle the workload, if and when feasible and appropriate.
- Conduct monitoring and coaching sessions.
- Coordinate with training and quality assurance to identify systemic quality-improvement opportunities.
- Represent the team on special projects/initiatives.
- Floor Supervision.
- Perform Call Monitoring.
- Conduct Pre and Post shift meetings and prepare shift reports.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with PC hardware and software (Word and Excel).
- Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Internet technology
- Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Two years of call center customer care experience, preferably in a technical environment.
- Very good knowledge of English Language (spoken and written).
