Ovex Tech Team Lead Job in Lahore

Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • To make sure that team remains motivated and the projects KPI’s are met consistently.
  • Resolve agent and customer issues.
  • Participate in new-hire interviews.
  • Conduct performance reviews and team meetings.
  • Help to handle the workload, if and when feasible and appropriate.
  • Conduct monitoring and coaching sessions.
  • Coordinate with training and quality assurance to identify systemic quality-improvement opportunities.
  • Represent the team on special projects/initiatives.
  • Floor Supervision.
  • Perform Call Monitoring.
  • Conduct Pre and Post shift meetings and prepare shift reports.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with PC hardware and software (Word and Excel).
  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Internet technology
  • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Experience:  
  • Two years of call center customer care experience, preferably in a technical environment.
Language:  
  • Very good knowledge of English Language (spoken and written).
