Principal Accountability
:

  • Marketing
    • Establishing Brand Equity of all the brands of company
    • Product Launches
    • Re-launches
    • Positioning /Re-positioning
    • BTL activities to promote sales
  • Distribution Network / Channel Management
    • Distributors appointment in Region as per recommendations of ASMs
    • Supervise ASMs in handling distributor issues
    • Rules & procedures
    • Reporting bases
    • ROIs
    • Setting Policies
    • Vans
    • CSFs
    • Distributors
    • Coverage plans
    • Claims approvals
  • Prepare the budget of the Sales Organization accordingly
  • Sales Targets
  • Discuss the regional target with NSM and cascade the finalized target to the team up to the CSF level as follows:
    • RSMs to ZSMs Annual, half yearly, Monthly targets
    • ZSMs to TMs Annual, half yearly, Monthly, weekly targets
    • TMs to CSFs Annual, half yearly, Monthly, weekly, daily targets
