- Distributors appointment in Region as per recommendations of ASMs
- Supervise ASMs in handling distributor issues
- Rules & procedures
- Reporting bases
- ROIs
- Setting Policies
- Vans
- CSFs
- Distributors
- Coverage plans
- Claims approvals
- Prepare the budget of the Sales Organization accordingly
- Sales Targets
- Discuss the regional target with NSM and cascade the finalized target to the team up to the CSF level as follows:
- RSMs to ZSMs Annual, half yearly, Monthly targets
- ZSMs to TMs Annual, half yearly, Monthly, weekly targets
- TMs to CSFs Annual, half yearly, Monthly, weekly, daily targets
