Monitoring & Evaluation Officer PHC Job in Lahore
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Additional Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) in preparation of Monthly and Annual Monitoring & Evaluation Plan
- Proper planning, scheduling & coordination within & across department
- Provide support in development of Monitoring & Evaluation standards
- Support the Monitoring & Evaluation team in development & implementation of SOP’s for Monitoring & Evaluation
- Regular filed visits for Monitoring & Evaluation of Healthcare Establishments (HCE’s)
- Supervision of data/information management for creation and updating of planning documents for Monitoring & Evaluation
- Coordinate for generation of draft and subsequent reports.
- Responsible for any other assignment given by the management.
- Minimum 16 Years of Education in Medical Field/Social Sciences/ Business Administration/Statistics/ Economics or Equivalent from an HEC recognized/accredited institute of a good repute.
- 5 – 8 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Previous experience of working in Monitoring & Evaluation of a hospital or healthcare establishment will be preferred.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records.
- Excellent skills of using Microsoft Technologies.
