Master Trainer – Principal DIL Job in Islamabad
- The position will be directly responsible for needs analysis, developing course content, field testing and implementing the course curriculum for strengthening leadership of rural school principals.
- The MT will plan and conduct and oversee all trainings under the supervision of the training director.
- Applying performance based assessment to track the progress made by learners.
- Submitting quarterly reports on trainings, status and progress.
- Developing and managing annual training and curriculum budget.
- Field Visit 50{97eebaffb719edc77f5d3f263ca9ac303de719282e01b1503d31e8104cb63712} time. Minimum requirements are MA in education; 3-5 year experience as head of a school; 2-5 years relevant experience in education or development sector.
