Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Develop annual Product Plans (with quarterly updates) with regard to revenue according to the business plan, quality of service and customer satisfaction for each product
- Plan monthly tactical activities across all segments and the 3 market drivers (Acquisition, Usage and Retention)
- Plan and manage product lifecycle in each product group, after rollout of new product, through nurture to maturity and retirement
- For each product group, identify needs for and coordinate product-specific support tools: sales and customer care training; sales tools; marketing communications execution; channel sales support; Product Manuals and regularly updated Product Descriptions
- Implement Product Plans, including coordination of advertising, promotion, price changes and distribution initiatives for each product group
- Monitor evolution of customer segment needs, market and industry developments (using qualitative analysis) to ensure relevance of product offer
- Analyze customer usage, behavior and demographics to create a rich understanding of each segment’s profiles and characteristics. Create clear, effective means of regularly sharing and communicating segment analysis within organization
- Plan, build and execute channel related promotional, activation and trade strategies and their associated tactical activities which will most effectively support the delivery of monthly pre-paid and post-paid subscriber targets and associated revenue.
- Work closely with the Sales team to define requirements and support the delivery of the following via the Sales team / Trade Marketing team:
- Support the sales team in building relationships with the channel using trade marketing tools
- Channel training
- Channel Visibility (merchandising and product visibility)
- Support in improving product availability
- Channel customer care support
- Develop new market entry plans with analysis, product and market strategies in partnership with sales & management team.
- Responsible for brand communication via media and PR
