Designation: Manager – Servers and Infrastructure
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Masters or BE from a HEC recognized university
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in managing a major infrastructure including Disaster Recovery (DR) and back-up solutions. Experience in Senior DBA of oracle technologies
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Designs and operates an architecture having virtualized environment
- Ensures end to end solution delivery and manages the stakeholders for any changes thereof
- Demonstrates good team building skills and provides ample opportunity to the subordinates in terms of new skills and growth
- Produce customer-focused documentation according to plans and schedule, ensuring that the documents are accurate and meets audience needs
- Manages stakeholders for their needs and internal capacity
- Establish and maintain strong relations vendors and all members of the company
Skills and Competencies:
- Must be adept in database technologies
- Expertise in Oracle DBA
- Ability to manage a virtualized environment
- Ability to lead a team of dynamic individuals
- Must be quick to assess contingencies
