      Qualification   : University Graduate recognized by HEC/ Engineering Graduate or Masters

      Experience      : 4-5 years Minimum

      Responsibilities & Authorities:

      • Deliver project on time as per the business requirement.
      • Maintain smooth allocation of resources between multiple projects.
      • Establish and implement Issue and Change Management procedures.
        • Train project managers on the methodology of Issue and Change Management.
      • Timely address effect of changes or issues on project timeline.
      • Delivery of accurate status of projects to management.
      • Time taken to prepare project documents.
      • Training and mentoring of project managers on project management methodologies.
        • No of training sessions arranged for project managers
      • Ensure monitoring and controlling of projects so that to meet agreed scope, timeline and budget.
        • Contribute to the development of enhanced metrics to provide more insight to Leadership and to allow teams to self-correct in time to avoid project delays and to remain on budget.
        • Effective monitoring and controlling projects
      • Develop project management competency, management skills and career planning of the Team.
      • Has expert experience in Project/Program Management and able to lead in the coaching and mentoring of Project Managers to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverables.
      • Delivery of Projects within agreed timeline
      • To keep track of Human Resources engaged in the projects & manage resource conflict               
      • Effective management of human resource on the project
      • No of employees retention
      • No of employees trained
