Must possess LLB Degree from a recognized university. Should have overall experience of 05 years of which 02 years have been spent in practice of relevant / commercial law. Should be familiar with the power policy. Experience in alternate dispute resolution (ADR) would be preferred. Should be well versed in drafting commercial contracts, including joint venture contracts.
