Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Design customized POC (Point of Consumption) development strategy (restaurant chains, street burger outlets, shawarma & roll outlets etc)

- Ensure target conversions are made every month
- Monitor Food Services Division (FSD) team –Itinerary plans, visit frequency, drop size per POC etc
- Identify market opportunities / gaps.
- POC wise growth analysis along with recommendation
- Develop Strong Business Relationship with Key POC (Owner/Chef/Purchase Managers)
- Ensure 100{97eebaffb719edc77f5d3f263ca9ac303de719282e01b1503d31e8104cb63712} Customer Retention
- Minimize Sales Return for FSD
- Must have BKT (Basic Kitchen Practices) expertise to deliver product demos in front of customers.
