  • Manager Finance PMO
    • Designation: Manager Finance PMO

      Industry: Telecom                                          

      Qualification: CA (inter / finalist) or ACCA with articles completed. Project Management Institute certification (PMP) will be a plus.

      Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience (encompassing information system development, implementation and operations of ERP, point of sales and other information system / software’s and applications)

      Responsibilities & Authorities:

      • Organize and prioritize multiple complex projects taking into account the integration between different projects.
      • Develop full scale project management plans and their approval from Project steering committee and Project Sponsor.
      • Manage Finance Division’s Projects Cost, Quality, Schedule and stakeholders etc. throughout the lifecycle of the project and negotiate changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives within required timelines.
      • Overseeing all Finance Division’s Projects execution and their integration with other projects throughout the project’s lifecycle.
      • Wherever required, provide support to project team, stakeholders and or vendors to achieve the desired outcome.
      • Works towards the conflict resolution between the different stakeholders of the projects.
      • Manage projects communication processes to ensure that all processes are applied and followed and ensure continuous improvement of the communication stream.
      • Ensure proper execution of the risk strategy throughout the projects lifecycle
      • Conducting project status review meetings and tracking of Project’s status, risks, issues/open points and assigned task’s status.

       

      Skills and Competencies:

      • Should have good time management, analytical and report writing skills
      • Should have skills to manage multiple deliverables at professional standard
      • Should be able to meet deadlines under pressure working conditions on continuing basis
      • Should be strong project management skills
      • Should have Knowledge / experience of Oracle ERP
