Minimum Education: Graduate preferably MBA Minimum Experience: At least 4-5 years branch operations experience at O.G-1 or higher level. Eligibility: • Should have outstanding Customer Services Skills & strong product/procedural knowledge. • Possess robust interpersonal skills & Proficiency in oral/written business communications • Expertise in MS office (Outlook, MS Word & MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc.).       Job Summary: To ensure smooth operations of the Corporate Centre in line with Banks/SBP guidelines & procedures and leading to the execution of UBL mission "Where you come First".   Key Responsibilities:   • To provide the efficient & prompt services to the customer following the guidelines and policies of the bank and keep update to the customer regarding the new policies. •Monitoring of accounts to upgrade quality of services & track transactions as per agreed TAT. Effectively organize branch operations in light of Organogram structure to achieve best possible results ensuring that right person is placed at right job. •Monitoring of internal and operational transactions, customer and Relationship Managers issue & advice solutions. •Strict monitoring to ensure that no entry is left outstanding beyond the given time by Bank/SBP. •Ensure uptime for each ATM to be better than 90{97eebaffb719edc77f5d3f263ca9ac303de719282e01b1503d31e8104cb63712} plus. •Study procedures & processes & advise redundancies for improvement & to bring them in conformity with customer needs & providing better customer service.
