Education & Experience:
- MS – Computer Sciences/MBA/CA/ACCA from a recognized university.
- 6-8years’ experience in Business Process Re-Engineering within Banking Industry.
- Hands-on experience of various Baking Systems.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to develop System/Functional Requirement Specification Document (BRS/SRS), QAT&UAT of Software Quality Assurance Documentation, implementation plans for new or existing Software applications.
- Ability to identify IT and business risks and assesses the adequacy of control procedures and processes by using appropriate best practices i.e. COSO, ISACA.
- Clear understanding with regulatory guidelines, corporate laws, bank operations and operational guidelines.
- Good understanding of bank’s business processes related to Treasury, Technology& ADC, Centralized Ops, Risk Management, HR, Compliance, Audit and Trade Business Ops.
- Capable of implementing/execution of plans effectively and
- Ability to review Gap Analysis, conduct Walkthroughs and document them.
