Eligibility Criteria (Education/Experience/ Certifications): Education: Master Degree [MBA/MCS] CS/IT/engineering and business combination will be a plus Work experience: Telecom industry expereince Customer Services expereince (call center and or service centers) Project management: Expereince of handling complex projects People management/team management experience Process improvement/customer experience improvement experience will be a plus/must Potential Career Path: Manager CEM Manager Channel ops Manager Call center (consumer/Business) Manager Service centers Manager Customer & service excellence Manager CCC Regional Manager S&D Manager S&D planning Your typical day at work: Giving direction to your teams on respective projects/goals/tasks Team meetings: Your own teams and your Manager's team [normally weekly meetings] Meeting with stakeholders: CCD unit heads & managers, outside CCD (e.g. Marketing, PD, IT, Regulatory, Sales etc). Managing escalations, answering queries by management/stakeholder and doing escalations where required. Tracking major KPIs and projects.
