Your typical day at work:
Giving direction to your teams on respective projects/goals/tasks Team meetings: Your own teams and your Manager’s team [normally weekly meetings] Meeting with stakeholders: CCD unit heads & managers, outside CCD (e.g. Marketing, PD, IT, Regulatory, Sales etc). Managing escalations, answering queries by management/stakeholder and doing escalations where required. Tracking major KPIs and projects. Checking major KPI reports and identifying/questioning/managing any abnormalities. Identifying improvement areas and innovation in your work area
