Management Associate Program This is an intensive learning program for fresh Business Graduates as well as Masters in other relevant disciplines. The management training schedule is customized to reflect each associate’s career interests, and develop areas of expertise through a hands-on approach. Measurable objectives will be set for each associate and job assignments will be specified accordingly. The training also includes special industry courses offered by the US Life Office Management Association (LOMA) and other life insurance related subjects as well as soft skills development.
