Logistics Assistant Nutrition PIPH Job in Peshawar

Note: this is a project based position. Contract duration depends on project duration agreed with funding partner.

Minimum Requirements
BBA/MBA or Pharmacy/Pharm.D degree with at least 1 of experience in Logistic/Supplies management. Experience in UNICEF nutrition projects will be a plus.

Job Description
1. Keep record of incoming and outgoing project supplies according to professional logistics management standards.
2. Maintain proper documentation and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
3. Maintain the warehouse & office with proper tagging of assets.
4. Appropriate stocking of WFP and UNICEF nutritional supplies and other commodities in warehouse and health facilities.
5. Arrangement of transportation and labor for quick delivery of supplies to health facilities and project sites.
6. Ensure safety of stored items at the warehouse.
7. Maintain backup of record in soft and hard form.
8. Prepare and submit timely Supply Request for SFP & OTP supplies with the district Nutritionist/ District Nutrition Coordinator for ensuring smooth implementation of SFP & OTP activities.
9. Support Nutrition Assistants in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of supplies consumed at each health facility / union council on daily basis.
10. Any other relevant tasks assigned by Project Coordinator or Program Office.

Salary Package: PKR 30,000 per month approx.

Salary will be commensurate with qualification/experience on mutually agreed terms.
