Preparation, agree and supervise execution of joint business plan with distributor
Agree coverage plan with distributor and monitor execution
Prepare and agree Sales forecast with distributor and ensure timely order generation
Agree and review KPI’s with distributor team and monitor delivery
Provide product knowledge & training to distributor team

Interpersonal & Influencing: Ability to champion SCJ’s agenda with distributor will be critical
Speed of Execution: Must be able to improvise to secure target delivery in changing conditions
Strong “Personal Ownership”: Expected to plan, get approvals, and execute activities on his own / through Distributor team
