Professional Experience
:
8- 10 years’ experience in a leading FMCG Sales Team

Principal Accountability
:

  • Preparation, agree and supervise execution of joint business plan with distributor
  • Agree coverage plan with distributor and monitor execution
  • Prepare and agree Sales forecast with distributor and ensure timely order generation
  • Agree and review KPI’s with distributor team and monitor delivery
  • Provide product knowledge & training to distributor team

Core Skills & Essentials to Meet Job Expectations
:

  • Interpersonal & Influencing: Ability to champion SCJ’s agenda with distributor will be critical
  • Speed of Execution: Must be able to improvise to secure target delivery in changing conditions
  • Strong “Personal Ownership”: Expected to plan, get approvals, and execute activities on his own / through Distributor team

Remuneration Package & Other Details
:
PKR 125,000 – 150,000 with company maintained Car (Suzuki Cultus)
