Key Account Manager HRS Global Job in Karachi Lahore Qualification Required : MBA (LUMS / IBA / Foreign), engineering degree along with MBA can be a plus but it is not a requirement. Professional Experience : 5 – 7 years Principal Accountability :

Develop multi-level, cross functional customer relationship and secure strategic alignment
Secure and improve Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty according to global processes
Understand Customers overall business (competitive environment, growth strategy, productivity and profitability)
Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with business strategy, category, portfolio and TS plans
Drive development of Key Account plans, targets and budgets and secure resources from Tetra Pak and customer
Pro-actively drive timely resolution of customer issues
Lead and drive capabilities of the key account team (organisation, competence, process and tools)
Secure accurate Sales Forecasting
Manage accounts receivables
