Core Responsibilities:
(1) Attend and provide timely response to customer regarding customer quries related to sales / marketing / after sales. (2) Prepare monthly action plan and result sumbit to CRC in charge on / behalf of 5th of every month. (3) Attend and register complaints through phone & follow-up with dealers & customers for resolution. (4) Maintain day to day record of customer complaints through feedback from dealers. (5) Post service follow-up for NVD, FFI & SFI (60-70 calls). (6) Verfication of customers address for dispatching of EW certificates & maintain record. (7) Maintain daily activity report and sumbit to CRC incharge. (8) Keep 5S in CRC. Skills Required (1)Statistical Analysis, (2)Flexibility & Adaptability, (3)MS Office, (4)Knowledge of Customer Services Operations, (5)Correspondence with Foreign Experts
