Junior Developers HRS Global Job in Islamabad
Number of Positions:5
Qualification Required:4 years bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
Professional Experience:
- At least 01 year of experience working on C# and ASP.Net
- Minimum 06 months of working experience on Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of SharePoint would be a plus
Principal Accountability:
- Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs)
- Dealing with correspondence, collating information, writing reports and communicating decisions to the relevant company stakeholders
- Liaising with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors
- Liaising shareholders on behalf of the company.
- Providing legal/financial advice during and outside of meetings.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the laws and legal affairs
Remuneration Package & Other Details: 75K plus other benefits
