- Ensure achievement of Secondary Sales against monthly sales Forecasts.
- Ensure Availability at all agreed Channels, Cities and Key Accounts; while utilizing the distributor’s sales team.
- Identify and resolve all Market related issues.
- Develop and execute plans to minimize Trade Losses.
- Work with team to strengthen availability & visibility; and to achieve targets.
- Report Pre – and Post activity Sales Analysis
