Junior Architect

Duty Station:                     Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Baluchistan and Punjab Region

Salary Package:                 TBD OVERALL ROLE Responsible for designing, document preparation, bidding and managing construction for architectural aspects of major capital improvement projects SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of Space Concepts Engineering Consultancy, works effectively in a diverse work environment.
• Prepares project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
• Performs design and construction management skills during the project’s life cycle.
• Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates for the projects.
• Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the Division/project goals and objectives. Strives to achieve the goals of the organization for diversity and disadvantaged business enterprises participation.
• Prepares and makes presentations to various groups, governmental and private organizations and interest groups, as required.
• Coordinates architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and systems.
• Prepares tender analysis report and negotiate with contractors.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• B.Sc Civil Engineering/ M.Sc Architectural Engineering from HEC approved university.
• Less than 5 year experience.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills in English
