A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 plus years experience in contracts management role including extensive exposure of Contracts Administration within the Oil & Gas Industry is required. The desired candidate should possess thorough understanding of Plant's operational and material requirements with specific knowledge of Commercial contract laws, procedures and practices. Strong knowledge on claims and variation orders, and EOT claims is a must.
