A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably with a further advanced degree / masters and with at least 12 plus years experience in Contracts Management position, preferably in Fabrication industry and mechanical construction sector. GCC experience will be considered as an advantage. The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of FIDIC, contracts terms and conditions, Government and commercial contracting regulations and subcontracting management. Excellent communications and negotiation skills is a must.
