Minimum Education: Master

Minimum Experience:
At least 10 years management experience in humanitarian/development field. Experience in successfully developing and managing institutional partnerships with national NGOs, and in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with other stakeholders. Experience in implementing Rights-Based Approaches (RBA), advocacy strategies, gender and governance programming.

 

Job description: 
CARE exclusively works with its partners to promote self-help and influence public opinion and practice by bringing together wisdom based on sound analysis and field practices. CARE partnership approach is based on both civil society development and mutual collaboration towards common objectives. CARE plans to develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with local partners. CARE has developed Civil Society Partnership Framework. The Partnership Coordinator will lead the implementation and evolution of CARE partnership framework. The PC works closely with other colleagues in ensuring quality, effective and efficient programming that maximizes the sustainable impact of CARE work in Pakistan. In addition to its strategic role and advisory responsibilities, the PC is responsible to keep our partnerships strong, healthy and accountable.
