Qualification: Minimum graduate

Experience: 1 year

Contractual Period: 6 months to 1 year

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Prepare and circulate daily/ weekly sales reports
• Assist information services manager in conducting ad-hoc analysis and reporting
• Updates master data
• Automates manual reports and operations
• Ensure that the data used to support business requirements is collected and maintained accurately and completely
• To manage the MIS in response to the business requirements and in line with defined procedures
• End-to-end process monitoring and execution with communication to the business and KPIs Reporting
• Verify that the data is collected from appropriate sources on time and in full
• End-to-end MIS compilation, increase quality and process efficiency
• Maintain the accuracy of MIS by performing periodic checks and corrective actions
• First point of contact between Line Directors and other departments for MIS data collection
• Contribution to project groups
