1. Execute Software Engineering assignments in the project
2. Develop efficient and quality code on schedule
3. Perform tasks within agile software development lifecycle
4. Participate in technical review, formal presentation and accurate documentation

General Skills: 

1. Solid understanding of agile development methodology
2. Expertise of banking applications domains would be plus
3. Excellent communications and problem solving skills

Technical Skills: 

1. Technology:  J2EE, J2SE
2. APIs: EJB , EJB3,  JDBC, JTA / JMS / AXIS / SAML / JNDI / RMI / NGUnit
3. Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Struts/ JAXB / SEAM, JSF
4. Databases: DB2, Oracle
5. OS: Solaris,  Windows, Linux, UNIX 
6. Server Software: Weblogic, Webshpere, Apache , JBoss 4/ Tomcat,
7. Development Tools:  Eclipse /Net beans/ MyEclipse / XCode

Education & Experience:

(Junior Developer) 

1. Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent from a leading institution
2. 01 + years experience in software engineering
3. 01 + years of applying J2EE skills in development of complex applications
4. Relational database experience DB2/Oracle
