  Experience: 8 to 10 year experience.
  
  Responsibilities & Authorities:
  - Support, administration, operations & maintenance of Microsoft based technologies & services (Windows Platform) environment/platform which chiefly includes Active Directory, MS Exchange, BlackBerry messaging, ISA/Proxy, Patching Services, Rights Management System, DNS, Certificate Authority management, Collaboration Tools and DHCP services ensuring their operability, reliability, availability and security at all times.
  - Complete IT Service Desk (which is an outsourced function) which includes ticketing, end-user IT support and asset management
  - Security Operations (McAfee & IBM Based) which has perimeter security and end-point security in its scope. It includes network intrusion prevention systems, email and web security gateway appliances, end-point security suite (anti-virus, host intrusion prevention, client NAC), vulnerability management etc.
  - Backup and Recovery management for enterprise servers under administration
  - To manage a team of 8-9 people
