    Experience: 10 – 15 years experience out of which 4 - 5 years in a similar role as HOD, Preferred sectors of exposure of the candidate are Chemical, Fertilizers, Pharmaceuticals, Paints, Building Materials, Cement. 

    Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • Preparation of Business Plan, Sales and Marketing Strategy (Product Mix), Sales Forecasting (Annually & Monthly)
    • Export Sales, Local Market Sales, Institutional Sales, Key Account Management and Distributor Management, Tender Inquiries etc.
    • Conceptualization of Marketing and Advertising material with Consultants (Signage’s, Billboards, etc.)
    • Customer Relationship Management, Developing Brand Loyalty and Awareness
