Overview

Main Accountabilities :
1. Develop and implement creative business strategies to achieve business goals.
2. Develop actionable marketing plans for all AV, HA, Computer products, to ensure highest return on investment.
3. Achieve planned forecast and financial targets for all products.
4. Identify new business opportunities and study the feasibility of new market introductions.
5. Analyze the market and anticipate future changes/trends to create competitive advantage.
6. Ensure effective resource allocation and optimal selling effort to exceed sales and market share objectives.
7. Setting the company yearly marketing plan including sales and budget forecast, in coordination with the Key Account Managers and General Manager
8. Setting and implementing the company 5 years business plan
9. Implement the company strategy and guidelines
10. Responsible for the brands consumer promotions
11. New products introduction and re-launches
12. Products development
13. All products BTL related (Sponsorships and event evaluation and approval)
14. Identifying trade potential and responsible for the in trade visibility programs

Detailed job description :
a. Subjects :
1. Plan annual volume and profitability targets for all branded products.
2. Monitor development versus agreed plans, and take corrective action when necessary.
3. Approve all marketing activities prior to implementation.
4. Supervise and follow-up execution of marketing plans.
5. Set sales targets in-co-ordination with Sales Management and support sales activities.
6. Ensure effective marketing-mix for all products, in-line with business goals and strategies.
7. Control marketing budget and all cost centers.
8. Monitor performance and development of direct reports with respect to their brands’ market performance.

9. Manage the Marketing Department Activities
10. Manage the BTL Activities
11. Manage and Monitor Trade offers and Advertisement
12. Coordinate trade offers advertisement
c. Reporting :
1. Monthly Marketing Reports
2. New campaigns to Samsung (Claims)

d. Special tasks:
Any special tasks that is oriented by the management within the scope of work
