- Maintain SAP operations including successful implementation and integration of all modules, development of business processes and management of issues and their solutions
- Economical deployment and optimum utilization of all SAP resources
- Ensure timely and adequate support to Business Partners and other functions in the area of IT services
- Oversee and provide support in arrangements pertaining to functional responsibilities for IT projects
- Implement projects successfully
- Attain to contribute towards company’s profitability
- Successful resolution of all raised issues within given timeframe
- System of policies and procedures in place
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Listening Skills
- Must have experience of SAP Operations
