Qualification: Masters or BE from a HEC recognized university

Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience

 

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Determines optimal project direction to achieve business objectives
• Ensures end to end solution delivery and manages the stakeholders for any changes thereof
• Ability to manage a solution which involves huge volumes of data
• Manages the team for further roll-out activities
• Ensures that best practices in project management and stakeholder management are in place
• Ensures documentation standards compliance
• Leads the support team for different solution components in the operational phase
• Demonstrates good team building skills and provides ample opportunity to the subordinates in terms of new skills and growth

 

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills, as presentations are often required of them
• Ability to lead a team of dynamic individuals
• Must be quick to assess contingencies
