General Manager Security – Admin Maymar Housing Services Job in Karachi
Maymar Housing Services (Pvt.) Limited a leading real estate developer having large projects in Karachi, requires services of a General Manager Security & Admin, to look after the overall security and administrative issues at various locations of the company within Karachi.
Qualification & Experience:
• Retired Armed Force Services Person, preferably a Retd. Brig Or Retd. Col. Or policeman like Retd. SP or SSP with preferably relevant qualification and experience having capabilities to handle this senior level administrative job.
Board & Sr. Executives
• Overall security and security personnel administration for safety of project site and residents.
• Genera! administration including procurement, repair and maintenance of transport etc.
• Procurement & Provision of Supplies
• HR Matters relating to project sites & look after disciplinary & legal Issues pertaining to HR.
• Liaison & Dealing with issues related to Government offices, labour department etc.
• Administrative arrangements of Official Events and protocol.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated ability and possess sufficient experience to fulfil the requirement. Maymar will pay market based remuneration along with perks.
