Qualification Required
:
A qualified CA, ACCA, ICMA, MBA-Finance could also be considered.

Professional Experience
:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior management position, out of which at least 05 years’ experience as CFO or equivalent in a manufacturing concern. Experience of chemical industry would be a great advantage. Manufacturing experience
  • Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive team, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies.
  • Experience with ERP systems and must have strong command of MS Excel.

Principal Accountability
:

  • Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, preparation & communication of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with appropriate Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate all audit activities. Ensure implementation of Internal Audit plan and work with HODs to ensure implementation of findings.
  • Manage cash flow & forecasting. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
  • Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.
  • Oversee budgeting and implementation of budgets so as to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally & externally.
  • Ensure company’s tax compliance, tax planning and accounting for income and sales tax, filing of tax returns.
  • Ensure timelines, accuracy, and usefulness of financial reporting to senior management and board members.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
  • Implement operational best practices; oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package.
  • Participate in corporate policy development as a member of senior management team.
  • Partner with IT head to procure specialized finance ERP system that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Develop employee performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction.
  • Mentor & develop a team, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation and building of an effective and dynamic team.

Remuneration Package & Other Details
:
Salary bracket for this position is Rs.200,000 to Rs.350,000 plus other benefits.
