We are looking Customer Service Executive Internee. Coordinating within Departments like Customer Services, Operations, Administration etc The candidate must be hardworking and dedicated to task having creativity and take initiative. 

• Ensure the Smooth / Effective customer handling.
• To constantly look for innovative ways of improving the sales and customer service.
• Answers inquiries regarding sales.
• Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Basic understanding of technology or equivalent.
• Must be Committed regarding the work.
• Must have quality to gain the work load.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advise customers accordingly
• Pleasant personality and problem solving attitude and skills.
• Patience and anger management skills.
