Executive Field Support Wi-Tribe Job in Lahore Pakistan

Summary of Position::

To provide good technical support to all walk-in and in-field customers along with a good customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities::
  • To provide Level 3 support to customers at their premises if required.
  • To take ownership of customer issues.
  • To resolve / escalate complaints for resolution
  • To ensure shift timings / care center timings and  preservation of customer oriented ambience
  • To upsell company’s image through “customer first policy” and “timely response”
  • To meet all the targets assigned on individual level as well as care center level
  • To sell and upsell services to walk-in customers
  • To help care center team in selling / upselling or even retaining customers
  • To conduct outdoor activities for Sales & Collection promotion
Required Competencies::
  • Possess strong knowledge of systems i.e. customer center, Helpdesk, LSLP etc.
  • Possess good knowledge of excel and power point
  • Expert level knowledge for technical issue and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of company products, services and policies
  • Positive Attitude with stress handling & anger diffusion skills
  • Dedication towards work
  • Multitasking skills.
Education and/or Experience::
  • Must be Graduate in computer science / Telecom.
  • At least 1-2 years on experience in relative field.
