Executive Field Support Wi-Tribe Job in Lahore Pakistan
Summary of Position::
To provide good technical support to all walk-in and in-field customers along with a good customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities::
- To provide Level 3 support to customers at their premises if required.
- To take ownership of customer issues.
- To resolve / escalate complaints for resolution
- To ensure shift timings / care center timings and preservation of customer oriented ambience
- To upsell company’s image through “customer first policy” and “timely response”
- To meet all the targets assigned on individual level as well as care center level
- To sell and upsell services to walk-in customers
- To help care center team in selling / upselling or even retaining customers
- To conduct outdoor activities for Sales & Collection promotion
Required Competencies::
- Possess strong knowledge of systems i.e. customer center, Helpdesk, LSLP etc.
- Possess good knowledge of excel and power point
- Expert level knowledge for technical issue and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of company products, services and policies
- Positive Attitude with stress handling & anger diffusion skills
- Dedication towards work
- Multitasking skills.
Education and/or Experience::
- Must be Graduate in computer science / Telecom.
- At least 1-2 years on experience in relative field.
