EMI Estimation Coordinator / Sr. Coordinator - IMCO Engineering

• Review of required service documents to ensure all details are included and to identify any missing requirements and raise queries against specification
• To identify areas requiring more information to ensure clarity of RFQ’s before sending to Service Suppliers.
• To communicate efficiently and effectively with both the projects’ Teams as required bringing clarity to details of required services in hand for pricing
• To co-ordinate and undertake the preparation of RFQ including specification documents to submit to Suppliers for quotations of price of Service/equipment and evaluate same against project specifications to ensure compliance.
• To prepare price comparison sheets for all offers from Service Suppliers and to recommend one of them.
• To thoroughly review estimates with the Project Team and the Projects Services
