Position Code: DIT13-05 Role: 

1. The candidate should have strong creative instincts to design templates.
2. Set standards for templates
3. Create everything from logos to headers to entire webpage layouts to buttons
4. Candidate will be designing and building webpages with usability and accessibility in mind.
5. Being responsible for the layout and visual appearance of the web Pages and mobile versions of Page while working with the development team throughout the project life-cycle.
6. Assist .Net developers for conversion of raw images and layouts into CSS/XHTML Themes
7. Perform tasks within agile software development lifecycle
8. Participate in technical review, formal presentation and accurate documentation

General Skills: 

1. Be aware of international web standards and protocols
2. Understanding of agile development methodology
3. Experience of banking applications (will be a plus)
4. Excellent communications and problem solving skills
5. have experience to work on ecommerce themes

Technical Skills: 

1. Photoshop, fireworks,
2. Illustrator , Flash, Dream Weaver
3. HTML/XHTML, CSS, .NET, Web 2.0 Layouts will be Plus points.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent from one of the leading Universities
2. 3+ years experience in Designing and .NET software development
