Eligibility Criteria (Education/Experience/ Certifications): MBA Excellet Communication skills Work experience: 12 plus years of work experience is required in the relevant field Understanding of Excel Modelling Verbal and Communication skills Financial Analysis Business Planning Potential Career Path: Finance, Commercial, Business Planning, S&D Planning Your typical day at work: Annual 3 year Strategy formulation In-depth knowledge of the telecom business dynamics for a holistic approach to the annual strategy formulation process ensuring that all business aspects are tackled effectively High degree of coordination with Asia office, Group Strategy and internal management to ensure the process has buy-in from all relevant stakeholders Be able to develop, interpret and analyze the business plan both from a commercial and financial perspective to carry out in-depth financial analysis including company valuation M&A activities Excellent understanding of business planning Familiarity with term sheet, shareholder agreement and other legal documentations Negotiation skills Thorough understanding of Pakistan GSM industry Infrastructure sharing Good understanding of network elements Familiarity with regulations Ensuring relationship building with other operators. Group strategic projects Working closely with Group strategy and GID Close cooperation with asia office on regional projects Working on business cases with stake holders on all group initiatives Working on strategic projects initiated by Telenor Group requiring both financial and commercial expertise for effective execution and implementation Spectrum valuations Very good understanding of overall business requirements Sound technical and finance knowledge Good understanding of regulatory framework Good understanding of macroeconomic indicators Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: Participate actively with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently on projects without direct supervision Handle heavy work load effectively and efficiently Willing to adapt to stringent timelines to meet objectives Capability to adapt oneself to the roles of a team player and team leader depending upon the type of project Ability to interact with Senior Management within TP and at Group level
