Qualification: Masters or Engineering graduate

Experience: Minimum 8 year

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Determine optimal project direction to achieve business objectives
• Ensure end to end solution delivery and manages the stakeholders for any changes thereof
• Ability to manage a solution which involves huge volumes of data
• Manage the team for further roll-out activities
• Demonstrate good team building skills and provides ample opportunity to the subordinates in terms of new skills and growth
• Ensure that best practices in project management and stakeholder management are in place
• Ensure documentation standards compliance
• Lead the support team for different solution components in the operational phase
• Mentor the team members for future opportunities and enhanced role in the project and activities

Skills and Competencies:

• PMP certified
• Must be familiar with computer programming and mathematical acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be quick to assess contingencies
• Business process improvement/re-engineering
