      Experience             : 5-8 years Minimum

      Responsibilities & Authorities:

      • Setup and smooth running of the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) 
      • Maintenance of project plans and status. Foresee and mitigate future problems in ongoing projects. 
      • Plans, directs, and ensures the successful management in utilizing the complete resources of the PMO Office and assigned project management teams.
      • Creation and Support of Standards, Processes and Procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the team and to work effectively.           
      • Assumes a leadership role in educating the business and technical community on Project and Program management processes and areas of expertise.
      • Allocates appropriate resources to ensure that projects, enhancements and support is/are completed within committed time, scope and budget.
      • Provide input for the selection and evaluation of IT projects
      • Has expert experience in Project/Program Management and able to lead in the coaching and mentoring of Project Managers to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverables
      • Demonstrates the ability to adapt to and lead, change, and coach others in the acceptance and support of change
      • Successful completion of all IT projects within the given timeframe, using assigned resources.
      • Consistently deliver and improve on process measures, result measures, KPIs and other targets Execute efficient processes, compliance with corporate policies and defined SOPs to avoid possible cost exposures to business.
