Deputy General Manager HRS Global Job in Lahore
Qualification Required
:
BSc. Mechanical Engineering (From HEC/PEC recognized Institution, preferably from UET LHR).
Professional Experience
:
12-15 years of relevant experience in Cement Industry will be considered for this position, especially from KSA or UAE.
Principal Accountability
:
- Responsible for execution of reliability centered maintenance plans.
- Identify and implement predictive, preventive and proactive maintenance techniques
- Responsible for ranking the criticality of the assets with care, using reliability centered maintenance approaches and defining the cost saving proactive maintenance approaches.
- Analyze calibration spectrum and find root cause of high calibration.
- Perform / support operational event and equipment failure, investigations to ensure that the root cause factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed and follow up monitoring conducted where applicable, to determine effectiveness.
- Participate in the planning, design review, value management and construction, document development of new facilities and renovations.
- Participates in cross functional teams to optimize Plant designs for cost effeteness, reliability and maintainability.
- Support commissioning activities during all projects for up gradation, renovation and construction prospective.
- Responsible for shutdown planning.
