Deputy Director Trainings PHC Job in Lahore
Job Responsibilities:
- Will primarily be responsible for coordination and facilitation of all training sessions arranged under Directorate of CG & OS
- Assist in creation and formatting of training support material where relevant
- Printing/copying of training materials/handouts for training courses, management of training materials as regulation of procedures to control documents, backup and check materials periodically
- Schedule/Organize trainings as per work plan, take responsibility and ensure all – training rooms/venues, training equipment, catering arrangements and other related requirements are booked/canceled in advance
- List relevant participants and contact for confirmation of participation, sending out appropriate pre-course information to delegates in advance
- Facilitate training, sending out course evaluation (feedback) questionnaires following training courses and compiling/communicating feedback to the Director (CG & OS)
- Monitor trainings and backstopping
- Minimum 16 Years of Education in Medical Field/Social Sciences/Research/Business Administration/Statistics/ Economics or Equivalent from an HEC recognized/accredited institute of a good repute
- Candidates with post-graduation in Public Health / Hospital Management / equivalent / higher will be preferred
- Minimum10 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent training skills
- Excellent in organizing, conducting and reporting workshops/seminars
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
