Deputy Director Complaints PHC Job in Lahore
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the directorate in the development of investigation procedures and conduct investigations of individual complaints
- Facilitate complainants in complaint registration, processing and understanding of the findings and decisions
- Ensure in conducting thorough, objective investigation of complaints, reach sound neutral conclusions based on investigation results and maintain confidentiality regarding process and outcome in accordance with all legal requirements
- Document and communicate results of investigation to complainants and healthcare providers.
- Conduct investigations in an open and impartial manner with complainants from a broad spectrum of diverse communities, and to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex and confidential issues and situations
- Responsible in the maintenance of record investigations of complaints
- Support the Directorate in training and information dissemination
- Ensure and undertake investigations of serious system failures in healthcare establishments
- Support Director (Complaints) to develop a comprehensive complaint management system and associated instruments
- Deliver the outputs (according to the defined TORs) in a transparent, efficient, timely and cost –effective manner
- Responsible for any other assignment(s) given by the management.
- A medial graduate from PMDC recognized institution with appropriate/relevant higher post graduate professional qualification
- Thorough understanding of medico-legal case management procedures and Governmental Legal procedures.
- At least 10 years of work experience in the medical field
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with pleasant personality
