Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute
Experience: 5 years in Distribution / Warehouse function in a Manufacturing/Chemical Industry
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations through consistent monitoring and on-going developmental & improvement efforts.
- Ensure all Internal Control processes are effectively implemented in all aspects of the warehouse operations and all risks are timely identified, assessed and mitigating actions taken.
- Manage distribution of products to the sales centers in a timely and cost-effective manner ensuring demand and supply congruence.
- Ensuring all Internal Control processes are effectively implemented and periodic reviews of warehouse operations are regularly conducted to assess risks and required mitigating measures undertaken
- Ensuring all expenses incurred in the field and at the warehouses are reimbursed from the warehouses timely and according to company policies
- Ensuring all customer orders are delivered as per the agreed standards and the measurement being done is precise and effective
- Managing distribution of products to sales warehouses ensuring demand and supply congruence, also regularly monitoring inventory levels at the warehouses and ensuring necessary actions are taken promptly for optimization
- Ensuring the agreed service standards are maintained and measurement of customer satisfaction periodically done to identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring Syngenta HSE Guidelines are implemented in all warehouse operations, required Security arrangements maintained and the required SIMS preparedness is achieved and maintained
- Conducting analysis of inventory, sales and expenses data and preparing reports for review by management
- Managing issues in the OTC stream and relevant ones in the IM stream of gSAP
